Mr. H. Shambhu Sharma, Partner

Qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1987. Also having qualification as Bachelor of Business Management ( BBM) from Mangalore University; Associate Company Secretary (A.C.S) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Bachelor of Law from Mysore University. Having Industrial experience of four years on various levels in the finance departments of manufacturing companies. Practice experience of over 25 years in the field of Accountancy, Audit, taxation, Risk Management, Drafting and Conveyance.

Personal Achievements: First rank holder in BBM from Mangalore University; Rank holder at all India level in CA and ACS examinations. Served as office bearer in Bangalore Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also Rotary Club of Koramangala, Bangalore.

Mr. Hedwig Lawrence Moras, Partner

Qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1993. Also having qualification as Bachelor of Commerce ( BCom) from Mangalore University; and Certificate course in Oracle Financials. Having Industrial experience of five years on various levels in the finance departments of manufacturing companies. Practice experience of over 20 years in the field of Accountancy, Audit, taxation etc.

Mr. Sameerdas P., Associate Professional

Qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1985. Also having qualification as Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Nagarjuna University; Associate Company Secretary (A.C.S) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Associate Cost and Management Accountant ( ACMA) from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. Having Industrial experience of 27 years on various levels in the finance departments of manufacturing companies and multi-national companies. Presently practicing the profession as Company Secretary.

He is also member on the board of directors in few companies. He is a visiting faculty in professional institutes in Bengaluru for last several years.
